He has 15 years of post-qualification experience both, working in global law firms as well as General Counsel. Liticia offers extensive expertise in various aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Liticia is a licensed Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She holds a Professional Baccalaureate in Law (BL) from the Ghana School of Law; a Bachelors in Law (LLB) from the University of Ghana Faculty of Law; and a BA in Psychology and Economics, from the University of Ghana (Legon).

Liticia is an experienced Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and undergoing a charter from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT).
